4. Booking and Acceptance of Services
Bookings for Soefreight services can be made through our website, email, or by contacting our customer service. Once your booking is confirmed, it will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the booking must be communicated immediately, and we reserve the right to modify or reject bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is determined based on the type of service, cargo dimensions, weight, destination, and delivery schedule. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. Soefreight reserves the right to charge interest on late payments and may withhold services until payment is received in full.

Cancellation of booked services must be made in writing. Depending on the timing of cancellation, a cancellation fee may be applied. Modifications to the service request, such as changes in destination or cargo specifications, must be communicated as early as possible and may incur additional fees.
7. Shipping and Delivery Terms
Soefreight ensures safe and timely delivery of your goods. However, shipping times are estimates and are subject to factors such as weather, customs delays, and carrier schedules. We will notify clients of any delays as soon as they occur. Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any errors may result in delays or additional charges.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their shipments, including any required export or import licenses. Soefreight will not be liable for delays or penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
9. Liability and Insurance
Soefreight carries standard liability for loss or damage to goods while in transit. However, liability is limited to a maximum amount as stated in our service agreement. Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items. Soefreight will not be responsible for loss or damage due to natural disasters, customs detentions, or any event beyond our control.
